Quality Management Unit

ILTAM, the Quality Management Unit implements a quality management system to ensure that experiments are conducted quickly and correctly the first time, in accordance with national and international standards and, if applicable, customer requirements, while adhering to the principles of impartiality and confidentiality. Our Quality Management Unit works to represent our laboratory before the Turkish Accreditation Agency and to ensure the implementation and continuous monitoring of the quality management system.

The continuous improvement of our quality management system is ensured through quality objectives, action plans, activity reports, customer requests, internal audits, and data obtained from management review meetings.

In this context, the following documents are used in our laboratory:

Records and prepared documents are organized in a way that all relevant personnel can understand, access, and implement, and are communicated to all relevant personnel. The comprehensibility of system documentation by personnel is ensured through organized training programs and information seminars.
