Pamukkale University Advanced Technology Application and Research Center (İLTAM) Quality Policy As a scientific research,
education and measurement center equipped with modern test and analysis devices, İLTAM was established with the goal of becoming
one of Türkiye's leading laboratories by developing its infrastructure and laboratory facilities in the field of advanced technology
and providing the necessary test and analysis services to sectors and academic studies that play an important role in the country's
development. İLTAM continues its work with the principle of maintaining and enhancing the prestige and reputation it has gained to date.
The fundamental principles of our quality policy that we have adopted within this scope are:
- Pamukkale University has a quality management approach that effectively utilizes its resources, adopts a philosophy of continuous
improvement, evaluates all its independent units within a holistic system, and includes its stakeholders in the system.
- It has a management approach that adheres to the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and reliability, meeting the requirements
of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, enabling scientific and technological research, especially in advanced technology fields,
and is committed to conducting reliable, repeatable, and high-quality studies and continuously improving all components of the
quality management system.
- Being aware that the Quality Management System will be maintained through teamwork, ensuring that all personnel learn the quality
documentation and work in accordance with policies and procedures.
- To conduct grain tests in accordance with nationally and internationally accepted methods and standards, producing valid and reliable results.
- To provide effective and efficient service with our staff who possess good professional and technical skills and continuously updated training knowledge.
- To ensure the satisfaction of the individuals and institutions served by providing accurate, impartial, fast, and reliable service while
adhering to the principle of "information confidentiality".
- The goal is to ensure continuous system improvement by measuring customer satisfaction and taking into account customer requests and complaints.
