By developing infrastructure and laboratory facilities in the field of advanced technology, we aim to contribute significantly to the development of the country by supporting sectors that play an important role in this development, providing scientific publications and foreign-funded projects, basic research and testing and analysis services necessary for product/production, and being among Türkiye's leading laboratories.

Provide opportunities for research in different thematic areas by housing advanced technology equipment needed for the advancement of science and technology in the research and development phases of universities, public and private institutions; Create a productive and effective working environment by providing continuous training and increasing the knowledge of the qualified human resources in the center; Increase the ability of universities and other organizations to participate in and carry out national/international projects through interdisciplinary and inter-institutional studies; And work towards obtaining accreditation certificates in accordance with national and international standards.

As the Advanced Technology Application and Research Center, our management system is: By fulfilling the requirements of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 standard and national and international standard methods, and with our adequate equipment, competent and trained personnel, we aim to provide testing services that can meet the needs of our clients and the legal authorities or organizations that provide recognition, by providing accurate, impartial, fast and reliable results with good professional and technical practice, in accordance with the principle of impartiality and confidentiality in protecting the proprietary rights and information of our clients, by providing results the first time and in the shortest possible time, to increase the quality of our testing services, to not compromise on our service quality, to continuously improve and raise our quality, to provide services by staying away from all kinds of internal and external commercial, financial and other pressures that may negatively affect the quality system and any activity that may reduce the confidence related to the competence, impartiality and operation of the laboratory, to continuously improve and develop the quality of our services by carrying out regular internal audits and reviews to ensure that continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions are carried out effectively with the participation of our management and all our employees, and by taking into account customer demands, to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level.
